Vincent would not want you to suffer with a simplistic cocktail.
🍹NIGHTMARE ON
BOURBON STREET 🏠🦇💀😱
Add the following to ice-filled shaker and shake.
🔸1 1/2 ounces bourbon
🔸1 ounce fresh lemon juice
🔸1/4 cup apple cider
🔸1-2 teaspoons real maple syrup more or less to taste
🔸1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
🔸1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Strain into ice-filled cocktail glass, optionally rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Top with 5 ounces sparkling hard apple cider (Honeycrisp is best)
Serve with cinnamon sticks, rosemary, and apple slices.

@joewynne@mindly.social as ordered (I think that’s ginger, the closest sign in produce said jicama, it smells more like lemon fresh pledge, looked like the titular “Tingler” from THAT movie and half the price of the ones labeled organic so that’s what i got)? Either way i got plenty of Strongbow to chase it with during the film… this one might be a great candidate for making a quadruple of and milk-clarifying: #cocktail #monsterdrinks
