That may improve the evening congestion but will do nothing for the morning rush. Or are they suggesting workers get downtown to "linger" at 6:00 AM? And will the late evening service make getting home quick, too, or involve long wait times? So many questions. Remember when leaders were expected to think things through? @dkmackinnon@ottawa.place
