That may improve the evening congestion but will do nothing for the morning rush. Or are they suggesting workers get downtown to "linger" at 6:00 AM?
And will the late evening service make getting home quick, too, or involve long wait times?
So many questions. Remember when leaders were expected to think things through?

@hamishb@mstdn.ca you have hit on another issue: what happens in the morning. Before COVID the morning rush was chaotic with packed buses and trains. Having to leave early to account for missing packed buses was normal.
