TIL: kiwix can serve wikipedia locally quite easily. For English and German wikipedia with articles and images, you need 165 GB of disk space.
Now I can do all the queries I want without straining Wikipedia servers :) Nice!

@zekjur #Kiwix is in general really nice. I try to get into the habit of using it to read documentation. #offlinefirst

@zekjur The cool thing about kiwix is that u can jjst serve that even from ur phone and all those connected in ur wifi network can access it. Useful for libraries, classroom etc etc U don't need internet all the time, only for updating. Pretty cool #kiwix
