This one was from the same batch as yesterday. This time, I weighed it and separated before sticking it in the fridge rather than doing it later, which meant I had two smaller mixing bowls instead on one very large one in the fridge and it was a little more convenient on bake day. The real problem it solved was getting even loaf sizes.
