Worth noting that flatpak-builder isn't the only piece of software that I've discovered doesn't support SHA-256 Git repos. Cocogitto doesn't, nor does Zed's Git plugin. I'm starting to think the Git ecosystem isn't particularly ready for Git 3.0.
