We need a better way to articulate that when it comes to #Iran there is no coherent policy and all we are experiencing is disorganized terror and violence. We need to be more honest about the fact that Trump and Hegseth will attack whenever they feel like it and they are not rational actors. As far as I can tell the only way this ends is with Congress clearly and objectively restraining their ability to make war. I expect they would immediately violate that constraint, but then we're playing a different game entirely. #uspol
