Tangentially, please share your best way of preserving feijoas; whether it be as jam or crumble or fizz or whatever. @MichaelaKHulse and I have enough of them to try any recipes!

@SimonCHulse If you've got a dehydrator then scoop and dehydrate (maybe cut an extra time if they're giant) - they're absolutely amazing dried. @MichaelaKHulse

@SimonCHulse If you have freezer space scoop out insides, free flow freeze. Cut into smaller pieces if large. Use in cakes, muffins etc @MichaelaKHulse
