I guess I've gotten used to the prep. 🤷🏻♂️ You just keep vomiting out of your rear until it comes out pale yellow or clear. And then you do it a little more. Then its time to be carried away on a pillow of lovely anesthetics where I'm out before I can count 3 digits backwards.
