@fullfathomfive @steadilyebbing feeling this today as I packed all my orders this morning and sent all those notifications out and then forgot to pick up the parcels on the way out so now I will have to drop them at the post office tomorrow. Sorry customers!

@fullfathomfive What's worse is when they explicitly say "with the courier" and the courier is still "expecting" it. I can only imagine that they mean "put into the bag that the courier will collect the next time they visit" (rather than just generally being in the 'goods out' area) 😑
