I am strongly opposed to Donald #Trump's illegal #iranwar, similarly opposed to the #Iranian theocracy. But there is a small glimmer of hope in all of this. Dependence on oil has long been a geopolitical liability. What is strength in the 21st century? Decentralized, diverse energy sources. Solar, geothermal, nuclear, hydroelectric... If ghouls in the gulf do massive damage to each other, they also reveal the deep disadvantage of oil in the long run and facilitate the transition to green energy.
