The problem with management is that they see themselves as aspiring capitalist/owner class, and not as just another layer of labor themselves. But without people to manage they will be in the same bread lines as the rest of us.

The sillionaires are treating this decade like capitalism endgame, scooping up what they can while they get their robot slaves, and the rest of us die off fighting over potable water. But 8 billion people aren’t going to die quietly while they hide in their island bunkers.
