There is an entire beautiful section of Silvermoon that is set aside for the Horde with all the amenities, and there were no players in it when I explored. After the hue and cry over sharing the city, you'd think some die hard Horde would spend time there instead of the shared spaces where you can't even see crafting trainers because of all the big bois standing around. I'm moving all my Horde folks into that quarter.
