I just got my T-Mobile 5g home internet gateway thing set up. So far, I'm seeing download speeds around 550 Mb/sec, uploads around 28.5 Mb/sec. I've seen better from T-Mobile in this area, but I also don't know what the signal strength is. I think the front panel display on the gateway shows that as a graphic. My T-Mobile phone only gets 1, sometimes 2 bars, so this is probably not full strength. I'm just amused that, right now, I have about three times the download speed over 5G than I do on a fiber ISP. Not as much upload, and definitely more latency, though this having been said, it's pretty good. I have seen pings to a few servers in the 12 to 15 MS range. Mobile internet has definitely come a long way.
