So the person who (without asking or my knowledge) uploaded one of my work in progress paintings to an AI and asked it to “finish it off” has been made very aware that it wasn’t an acceptable thing to do but is not sorry they did so and said to me “but I still like your paintings” like that would make me feel any better. They are a white cis man, works in IT, late boomer to early Gen X age group, and has had a fascination with AI for some time & currently unemployed after being made redundant.
