No matter what I’m doing I take too long. Or too short Or it’s just right and then it sets a standard as if I know what I’m doing. Fellow ADHDers - How do you deal with your time blindness? @actuallyadhd #adhd #AuDHD #adhd

@actuallyadhd an example, here’s some strategies in an adhd blog and there is so much text and steps and blah blah blah that I can’t even begin to digest it https://www.simplypsychology.org/adhd-time-blindness.html

@lifewithtrees @actuallyadhd for the longest time my Anxiety haa been my internal clock. Will I arrive on time, should I get ready now to be there on time?(2h before), going to sleep late without noticing. Now I just use my smartwatch with a fast input reminder app. Also for quick countdowns and alarms. The most important: the stop playing and go to sleep alarm. #adhd
