Attention transport and energy nerds!!! For reasons that should be obvious,I am curious about the reliance of farming on diesel vehicles. Seems that even heavy rig trucks are available in electric now, but why not tractors? Is this just a matter of a delayed investment pipeline or is the technology not there yet for some reason, or are the industry monopolists just not interested, or..? Running electric harvesters off solar seems like a no brainer somewhere like Australia's wheat belt.
