Wow. Last week, I sent a very detailed email to the US Embassy in Amsterdam explaining that I wish to renounce my US citizenship. I explained that I had already carefully read all the forms and instructions, and I included two very specific instructions about how to complete line items on one of the forms. Today, eight days later, I received a generic form letter response that doesn't answer my questions or help me at all. What the actual fuck, America? Just drone strike me out of my misery.
