Update: the latest Eloquence 64-bit V16.1 preview release for NVDA now offers a slider for 44 kHZ. It can further modify the treble for those who want to fine-tune the upsampling. The default value is 50.

@amir@dragonscave.space If I set the treble to 100, it reminds me a hell of a lot of the window eyes sapi4 viavoice/eloquence 5.
