So, apparently Iran has in at least a couple dozen instances used a type of ballistic missile which carries up to 80 cluster munitions, which hit at high speed and explore on impact. They're using them in a fairly novel way, with dispersal happening high up in the atmosphere, at 20k+ feet. This has a couple of effects.
