any vendor incorporated after 1983 can't design hardware, all they know is NDA, market segmentation, errata, be acquired, make hot chip, and lie

    @mwk you know, vendors incorporated before 1983 aren’t much better either. especially in the “hot chip” department

    @mwk was there a trigger in or before 1983? That would be post IBM PC launch, does the "open design" PC have anything to do with that?
