What is Mobilizon? It’s an alternative to Facebook groups and events, as well as Meetup.
Today’s news is that we’re releasing the brand-new version, 5.2.4 (https://

@mobilizon@framapiaf.org Nice! I am looking for a software that I can use to collect and share regional events like concerts, protests, etc. Last time I checked Mobilizon I failed to disable the "Participate" button. This button does not make much sense for this use case, because I am usually not the host of the event. Could Mobilizon match this use case?

@mobilizon@framapiaf.org can you have discussion threads about event for those without fedi? Does it also support mail notifications? I tried it at some point for replacing meetup, but it didn't quite work yet for such.
