Two personal achievements unlocked: 1) Disconnected our last natural gas appliance and now have a fully* electric house. *Wood-fired pizza oven used 4-5 times a year; charcoal kamado grill 2-3 times. 2) Installed an induction cooktop and two wall ovens (small steam convection & larger standard convection) instead of an integrated range. Treated ourselves to high-end Wolf brand appliances as this is the last kitchen reno/update we expect to do, so may as well enjoy it.
