dismantling an old semiconductor research lab is a weird experience. old photos and documents from before the internet existed that make you feel strangely nostalgic next to a refrigerator which has kept toxic chemicals at temperature for the last 30 years.
that and shitloads of vacuum fittings.

just got offered an emco cnc lathe with tools but broken controller for 300€, send help (it‘s in the first upper floor, no cargo lift)
