In Adelaide at the RAH for my 99yo grandmother who had a fall and broke her hip this week. A bit of a weird, twilight zone situation. She seems determined that this is game over, to the point of constantly ripping out her tubes and subcuts, and not eating. We're all pretty unanimous that we're in a DNR situation and the gallows humour is flowing thick and fast
