It's been a week. My grandmother passed on Monday. She was determined to go before 100, and did everything in her remaining power to do so. Fair Play to her - it wasn't quite on the terms we all (including her) hoped for but it was reasonably quick and we got to be there with her while she was still awake. The past couple of days have had us in full productivity mode - packing up her house, paperwork, organising memorial service etc. My sister and I both have the full week off and the LWE will help in these efforts before I return to Melbourne. We can reflect and grieve after. She was a great Nana, and lived life the way she wanted. Back to Rostrevor today for more cleanup
