One more tip for newbies (which, er, I just figured out yesterday, so it&#39;s not like I&#39;m a pro at this): Mastodon has a &quot;lists&quot; feature, so (for example) I created a list of journalists, and then I can just open that list and see what all the journalists are talking about. Next working on lists for law, policy, and academia. And in the advanced webview, I can set up all those columns next to each other. It&#39;s... nice.

@mmasnick Yes! Set it up today and it is the best tool for any social platform IMO. Just learned that you must follow the person to add them to a list. I had lots on TW Lists I was not following. FYI.

@mmasnick A couple notes on lists... - You have to follow someone to add them to a List - Lists are private to your account, not public - You can export (but net yet import) Lists via Settings / Import & Export (as csv files) I'm hoping they make the list UI a little nicer and add the ability for posts from folks in a List to *only* show up in the column for that list. When I asked on the Mastodon Discord recently folks seemed to think those could happen.
