I'd be interested to know the age range of the "people buying up jerry cans" around the country. During COVID it was very much the boomers stock piling for no reason and they're mostly the ones who can afford to hoard petrol now.

@alansuspect@aus.social I have two 10l cans in my carport. I use them for chainsaw fuel, and as an emergency reserve if I forget to refuel the car. One of them is empty; I've been meaning to refill it for months but never got around to it. Now I can't refill it without looking like a hoarder :-)
