Something we noticed: visitors arriving from AI chatbots (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) spend significantly longer reading our self-hosting guides than visitors from Google.
Average session duration:
- Claude: 2,310 seconds
- Perplexity: 288 seconds
- ChatGPT: 264 seconds
- Google: 131 seconds
AI-referred visitors seem to arrive with specific questions and actually engage with the content. Fascinating shift.
