The concept for this EP was to cast an accusatory finger at online division and the repeated cycles of hate. "Still in Your Name" is a rejection of religious motivation for killing. Religious wars, wars of faith and national mythology, "Christian" politicians who allow the committing of gross acts of violence - to me this is all simply murder. "Slamming doors" paints a picture of online division - where one side accuses the other of doing what they themselves are doing.

It is about the dehumisation that both sides level against each other and the disappearance of discussion, fake news, deep-fake misinformation and anti scientific nonsense. It is clear who I blame for this "we give in, as they divide". "Don't Wear a Frown" is a humorous takedown of people who expend way too much energy trying to bring others down to their level: trolls, harassers, and obsessive smear campaigners. Such silly clowns. https://kiffie.bandcamp.com/album/justice-ep
