Complained on main (bsky) and then regretted it immediately, so deleted it and I'm going to complain here instead. Japanese resume building is a huge pain in the ass and I will never not be angry that you have to prepare two separate documents, which have significant overlap. Not to mention the absolute absurdity of having to list the number of employees at the company and other information that isn't even always easily accessible. Not to mention the fact that every recruiter tells me I must put my high school graduation despite the fact that I have an undergraduate degree and I'm 30 years old. I lose my damn mind every time I have to update my job searching documents in Japanese. Yes, I'm actually proactively trying to find a job now and everything about it is terrible. Just like it always is...😮‍💨
