Interesting how most of the 'running out of fuel/plans cancelled' type news stories show people with big utes or pulling huge caravans. You can get a caravan that weighs in the hundreds of kilos and you can tow it with anything bigger than a Honda jazz. Its not that you can't afford to get your kids to school, go to the shops or drive to the national park for Easter- its that you can't afford to drag your suv or oversized ute to those places. Time to consider an e bike? Ev? Or how about just an outback or camry? We've watched people join in the vehicle arms race for the last decade and decried the downside. Seems the owners are catching up...
