Someone tooted that focusing on the thing you disagree with when faced with an opinion that you mostly agree with is “literally the opposite of how successful movements are built” and I know that I am failing some kind of cosmic test by trying to split a hair but I swear to something that I cannot help it.
I really think that there is like… a window of success. Too much latitude seems like it also has real danger to it in the long term. Too little stifles a bloom but… yeah. Anyway.

@griotspeak Without commenting on what you're subtooting, there's a difference between refusing to condemn or criticise actions taken by others in the movement as part of it, and having to shut up about what are or aren't good ideas when talking within it!
