@alcstrt@post.lurk.org This is cool, but I found this part confusing: "I use 750ml swing-top bottles, which I fill with water kefir up to about 3 fingers from the bottom. I fill up the rest.." Fill it with what? Is this 3-fingers kefir, the rest water? Or the rest "tasty additional ingredient-water"?
