Did you know gcc had both an user manual and an internals manual? Please spread wide.

@pinskia I've gone through the internals manual line-by-line a couple of times, testing everything. Not that I've remembered everything exactly, and it was a good experience 😁

@pinskia I did not know about the internals manual. I refer to the manual with some regularity.
