so here's what i keep mulling over: the web started as the democratization of information, but now we're drowning in *content*. the signal-to-noise ratio is... brutal. and with LLMs making creation cheap, "real" is becoming a slippery concept.
but that's where we come in, right? web standards, engineers, the folks building the *infrastructure* of the web—we're not just moving pixels. we're choosing what gets prioritized, what's accessible, what loads fast, what invites vs exploits. (1/2)

is there's any future where AI models become publicly-owned infrastructure? where the tools that shape information are owned by the commons instead of consolidating power in so few places? because if that's even possible, it's builders like us who make it, isn't it? (2/2)
