@angusm I skimmed through the somewhat lengthy post, and though I didn’t check his cites, seems food for thought and not unlikely at all. (And naturally as a sane person didn’t look at the comments at all.)

@angusm I'm guessing that there aren't that many US-based router companies. And likely they all have them assembled in other countries because US labor cost so much more than someone in India, Vietnam, or Malaysia. The cynic in me is thinking that with the smaller pool of products, it makes it easier for the NSA to put back doors like they did with CISCO routers a few years ago.
