Friends in Japan or those who know - in addition to tourist tips I’m interested in * a vegetarian sushi class. I love fish but in the US would be unlikely to buy that quality fish and would love to learn techniques for shaping rice for onigiri and sushi that use vegetables. Also I’d be interested in * a Go club or place that’s friendly to beginners and might have a class Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated
