I sometimes manually convert the aviation checklists for emergency procedures to plain text files (markdown) so I can study them on my phone instead of reading them in a 6.5MB 368 page PDF. I decided to see if AI was up to the task since it is slow/painful work to transpose them into a nice looking markdown table. Based on some obviously wrong transcription in the checklist, I won't be trusting AI with anything aviation related.
