@PallasRiot yes. Can recommend. They are def warm and they feel far less gross when wet than synthetic or merino. Downside is (so I've heard) you can't do one under a VBL if you plan to unzip the VBL to dump heat when you get warm as that exposes moist bare skin to frigid air. I'm fully sold on mesh base layers over traditional ones. This video is useful but slightly overestimates its conclusions because it's not as controlled as it claims.
