Guys help I'm a big nerd :blobfoxthinkgoogly: Kinger used systemctl stop WACKYTIME_LOCKOUT to try to bypass Caine's lockout, but the rest of the console had allusions to it being 1996. systemctl is a systemd command, but systemd wasn't made until 2010.
Kinger is a time traveler confirmed :soft_uwu:
For real though, credit to the show because the console was actually pretty decent if you stopped to read it.

Given C&A developed extremely intelligent AI and brainscans in 1996, we could reasonably assume someone created systemd in like... at least 1993 in this universe.
