Durham Parkrun this morning as we are still a man down and it was a bit windy for singling. An additional 9km for both slices of my parkrun sandwich. Official time 22:13 which is still well behind my PB but given the wind and no focus on 5km I was happy with it. Sunshine by the time I made it home. If it stays dry I've an appointment with brambles at the bottom of the garden. #running #runnersofmastodon
