@ocean Yes to all of this. it sounds silly, but the best solution is to pick any option that would put you into contact with other people whenever possible. Practice socials like it's a muscle! If I weren't working in Highschool Ed, I'd have a lot of extra work to do, to shift my way of living from isolated worker bee to community asset and friend.

@ocean this is a very good blog post osh putting yourself in situations just where you can even just see people is very important These corporations really are encouraging you to stay inside and alone to prey on your isolation.
