So if anyone is in NE #Seattle, "Vickie" with the email address "ravennaneighborhood@gmail.com" blasted out text msgs saying Ravenna-Eckstein will be converted to 5 story buildings ... because of the upzone. Scared the pants off my neighbor. So ... that's a new level of gross by our NIMBY contingent. I'm guessing this was the same bunch of realtors in Bellevue + the owners of Dunn Lumber that have been fighting any attempt to allow density in Seattle.
