I'm so tempted to reach out to this person and ask them if they're aware of how they are contributing to ableist stigma. But also that feels like a really rude way to interact with the mutual aid post of a disabled person I don't follow. And I don't want to make myself the lolcow subject of another meta.

@Misofist +1 I work hard with my 9yo on casual ableist language. They watch so much YouTube (various reasons) that it's been really tough to fully curb some words like "crazy" and "insane," so I mostly stress not applying those words to people. But they recently asked me what "psycho" meant in this kind of context and I banned that one completely after talking about why.

@Misofist although the idea of undergoing psychosis while being wealthy enough to move markets is intriguing, "psychotic" is indeed no slam dunk identifier. it happens to the best of us. 🫠 if anything, it humanizes them.
