Keyboard and, of late, mouse maker Keychron has "opened" the design files for 83 of its models - kinda. They're all in a GitHub repo, you see, but they're "source available" - you can look at 'em for educational purposes, use 'em to make non-commercial mods and add-ons released freely to the community, but you can't do anything commercial. (I'm typing this on a Keychron, matter of fact - they're pretty good keyboards.) https://www.hackster.io/news/keychron-s-nick-xu-releases-keyboard-mouse-design-files-but-warns-they-re-not-open-source-b99f8f4f421b #Technology #News #Hackster
