Notable changes:
- LibreWolf now checks for and deletes manually installed language packs, because they interfere with the permissions panel. If you try to add a language pack, it will prevent the installation. LibreWolf already ships with all officially supported languages included.

@librewolf@chaos.social you should comission some artwork of your own to replace all the pictures of firefox’s fox with, there are more of them all around the browser now and it feels incoherent when it shows a fox and says “LibreWolf”
