@Alice@beige.party @KevBot@beige.party Aww lovely. Our 31st wedding anniversary was last month. The story of our meeting is a bit different. I'd recently moved to France aged 25 and was in a nightclub sitting on a settee above the sunken dancefloor, looking cool in my flowery Italian shirt (and not dancing because I lose all rhythm as soon as I stand up). Anyway, there was this absolutely stunning woman gliding around the dancefloor with a grace that took my breath away. You know, the sort that is several orders of magnitude out of your league. She saw me lighting a cigarette (pretty coolly, if I say so myself) and approached with a cigarette for a light. She then tripped on the stair and landed head first in my crotch. Been together nearly 34 years now 😁
