the armenian genocide involved the displacement of about 1.5 million people. and of course turned into a genocide because that's how mass displacements work.

ICE agents are told the people they're targeting aren't human and that they need to be eliminated to save the country. so, yes, they are supposed to murder people, and understand that murdering people is part of their remit and goal.
