I haven't seen it, but SNL UK suffers from one fundamental problem and that is a paywall. I can't help but feel that to be a broad success it would need to be on a FTA terrestrial channel. Even the comeback of Mock The Week on a lesser know FTA terrestrial channel (TLC) may not be enough for the long term comeback of a previously established show. I am not commenting on actual shows. I have actually been watching new Mock the Week having not watched for a long time before it finished on BBC2.
